Hello, My name is Scrappy. I was surrendered to SFAAR after our partnering vet called us for assistance in helping him. His owner stepped on Scrappy & dislocated his hip & broke his femur. They were unable to afford the surgeries to repair him. So they opted to euthanize instead of treat. SFAAR stepped in & was able to get the care that I need. After 2 very expensive surgeries I am officially healed & ready for my new home. I am a happy, friendly guy that is playful & sweet. I do have a slight limp but no long term issues/pain. I love attention & can't wait to have a second chance at a new forever home.
